Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $200 to $500 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The rental fee for a ceremony is $300. A room flipping fee applies for use of same space for ceremony and reception. A 13.5% liquor tax also applies to any alcohol served.
