They offer dedicated expertise, including a catering manager, for all aspects of your wedding celebration. Options are even more extensive because the hotel is connected to the San Jose Convention Center. Invite as many as 400 guests to your grand reception in the Almaden Ballroom. If you have an intimate group, the staff can set up a smaller gathering in the Market Room with space on the Affinity patio. Consider satin-covered or Chiavari chairs and expect banquet room rental, dance floor and staging, table accents and specialty linens in all of the packages. Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $1,000. Please note the food & beverage minimum may vary based on guest count, please inquire directly with the venue.
