The rental fee is $1,000 for a reception and ceremony and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee is $500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr. Parties of 40 guests and under are charged $100 per hour for space rental.
