Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The fee to rent Granite Hall is $2,500 for reception only and the fee to rent the Riverside Room is $1,000 for reception only. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Riverside Room is $1,000 for ceremony only and the fee to rent the Patio is $500 for ceremony only. The rental fee is $3,000 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
