Set up time can start 5 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 4:00AM.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,000. A refundable security deposit of 50% of the total bill is required.
