Time Restrictions

Flexible start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $750 for ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $250/hour. A food and beverage minimum may be applied to all events. A nonrefundable security deposit of 10% of the wedding cost is required.
