The Oceanview of Nahant Overview

Situated on 720 feet of oceanfront, the Oceanview of Nahant offers breathtaking sweeping views of the Atlantic coastline. A private beach is the ultimate setting for a spectacular wedding celebration. Where they cater to only one wedding at a time, you have the entire venue at your fingertips. The Lighthouse Lounge is a timelessly elegant parlor for cocktails. Guests can enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean on the private deck while relaxing with a favorite drink in hand. Decadent hor d’oeuvres will flow easily through an open floor plan and high tables may be set up for intimate conversation. After cocktails, the celebration continues into the Oceanaire Grand Ballroom featuring floor to ceiling glass windows for more glorious sights of the ocean. This spectacular space is ideal for dinner, dancing and romancing. The Oceanaire Grand Ballroom features remarkable ocean views and is urban chic-worthy with its light, airy feel and scintillating uplights. Currently showcasing pricing for 2019. Please inquire for remaining dates and pricing for 2018. The rental fee ranges from $0 (M-TH) and $3,500 to $6,500 (F-Su) for a reception. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $750 to $1,500. Wedding day includes 6 hour event time, excluding setup and breakdown. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. Indoor reception rental includes outdoor deck space. On Fridays and Sundays, there is a guest count minimum of 125 and 100 respectively. On Saturdays, there is a guest count minimum of 100-150, depending on time of day. Monday through Thursday there is a guest count minimum of 75. Pricing shown for "buffet" is referring to chef attended stations based on couples preferences. Inquire about consumption based bar options.
