Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Rental during on peak season (May through October) requires a 2 night minimum stay. Overnight accommodations start from $269 to $299.
