Time Restrictions

Set up time can start up to 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $7,379 to $24,814 for a reception and ceremony and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,500. Please note there is a 100 guest count minimum applied to Saturday events, and a 75 guest count minimum applied to Friday events. Venue is not available for private events in July. Please inquire directly about mid-season pricing for the months of February, September, & December.
