The Italian Baroque mansion, located in San Francisco's prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood, was built in 1901. Enter through the ornate double doors to the Great Hall on the main floor with golden oak panels that lead to the Library, Solarium and Green Room. Potted palm trees and intricate columns surround the space and add to the ambiance. The grand staircase is highlighted by natural sunlight through a gorgeous cathedral glass window. The elegant dining room is featured on the lower level, beneath the ballroom. The mezzanine encircles and overlooks the ballroom below. The turn-of-the-century mansion also features a mosaic-tiled solarium showcasing sweeping views of the city, the San Francisco Bay, Marin Headland, Alcatraz and the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.

Time Restrictions

Availibility is based on the school's calendar and may be subject to change. Flexible set up start time if school is not in session. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $7,500 for 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A janitorial fee of $700 is required for all events. SPECIAL: A special rate of $6,000 for any weddings booked now that will take place between May 2015 and September 2015!

The average wedding cost at Hamlin Mansion is estimated at between $21,475 and $33,516 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
