Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the ballroom but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee ranges from $650 to $800 for an outdoor ceremony. The venue allows for 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $500/hour. A nonrefundable security deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.
