Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the Metropolis Ballroom or Pool Deck for a ceremony is $1,800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $15 per person, for additional hours there is also a required 100 guest minimum. A non refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the estimated event cost is required. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot based on a 100 guest count.
