The original home on the property, 1764 House, offers charming Colonial ambiance in four guest rooms. Most choose to get married under the gorgeous, ancient Sycamore tree with the reception following under a tent with beautiful views in every direction. Set up time can start up to 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 10:00PM.
Site Fees range from $500 to $4,000 depending on where and when you are having your ceremony and/or reception. Wedding options vary from small to large weddings (minimum of 20 to 150 guests). Smaller weddings can be held in our dining room/parlor/patio areas. Larger weddings can be held under a rented tent and set in our large yet private and tree encompassed back field with breathtaking sunset views. Additional wedding rentals will be needed for an outside ceremony/reception. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
