The rental fee ranges from $1,250 to $2,000 for a reception and indoor ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The rental fee for an outdoor ceremony is $800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. Venue only open Saturday and Sunday for private events.
