We offer two venues: Magic Ballroom in Largo and Ballroom 66 in Pinellas Park. (to see pictures and 360┬░tour please visit: MagicBallroomEvents.com) - The rental price of Magic Ballroom is $1600 -it includes chairs and tables for up to 210 guests,state of art music system,140'projector,unlimited free parking.Magic Ballroom is an upscale venue with 6 feet in diameter crystal chandelier, marble floors and 2300sqf wood dance floor. It also includes 28 multicolor LED uplights.You have also 3 rooms to choose for ceremony and/or cocktail party. You have freedom to hire your own vendors.We offer option to set up day before event(no additional charge) -Our 2nd location Ballroom 66 in Pinellas Park is $590-it includes 100 chairs,tables,music system,party lights,free parking.We are giving you ample time to decorate for your event.(You will have access to the venue the night before the rental date) Please find pictures of both facilities at MagicBallroomEvents.com (We are still giving away 2 free dance lessons,just for visiting Magic Ballroom). Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to event time. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,600 for a reception(Saturday ,$1400 other days of the week) and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $300 on the 1st floor and $500 for 2nd floor(including cocktail Hour and bridal suite ). Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Magic Ballroom is estimated at between $4,194 and $9,146 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
