RENTAL RATES: First Floor Only (Lower Maple Center, Maple Hall, Kitchen, Stage): Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: $750/day Mon, Tues, Weds, or Thurs: $250/day Entire Facility (Upper & Lower Maple Center, Maple Hall, Kitchen, Stage, Balcony): Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: $1,000/day Mon, Tues, Weds, or Thurs: $350/day *Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $500 * Additional Alcohol Deposit: $500 (Please note that Cleaning/Damage and Alcohol Fees are refundable minus the cleaning fees. All events will automatically require a one-hour cleaning fee minimum.
