Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 1:00PM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $3,250 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is included for guest counts up to 150 guests and $500 for guest counts between 151 and 250. It also includes an extra half hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details and for options when guest counts exceed 250.

The average wedding cost at The Renaissance is estimated at between $9,391 and $16,595 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
