Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum starting at $8,000 applied to all Saturday events and $6,000 applied to all Friday/Sunday events. There is also a guest minimum of 50 applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges between $500 and $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $10/person/hr.
