The Ballroom is located on the third floor of the Hilt Building. This space is comprised of two large areas (Johnson Hall and Munroe Bergmann) that provide a beautiful space for wedding receptions. These rooms can be rented separately or together, depending on the size of your event. If you’re looking for an alternative space, the beautiful Frauenthal Theater is a versatile and artistic venue! Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $725 to $1,000 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $400 to $725 with reception rental or $400 to $1,000 for a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
