The Waverly Room is a stunning follow-up to the nuptials, with a grand ballroom accessed through magnificent French doors. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges between $400 to $800 depending on the ceremony site and wedding date and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
