Flexible set-up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00 pm.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1000 to $2000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee to rent the Ballroom for a wedding ceremony is between $200-$250. The fee to rent the Arbor for a wedding ceremony is between $100 - $750 depending on the space, season, and day chosen. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee between $200- $400/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on the Silver package. Please inquire with wedding venue coordinator for more details.
