Accommodating up to 700 guests, The Pearl features a main floor, mezzanine level, rooftop terrace, fully equipped catering kitchen, and a top notch in-house bar program featuring the finest selections of local beer, wine, and premium spirits.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $8,500 to $15,500 for a ceremony and reception, which includes rental of entire venue for 10 hours including set up and clean up time. There is also a beverage minimum applied to all events. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.

Required additional fees include security at $50/hour, with one guard per 100 guests.
Optional $250 labor setup charge for in-house amenities; trash removal fee available for $350.
