Located at 601 19th St in the sunny Dogpatch neighbourhood of San Francisco, the Pearl is a converted industrial boiler and welding works space that has transformed into a premier event venue. The meticulously designed event space, features a main floor, mezzanine, catering kitchen, permanent bar, and rooftop farm terrace. This one-stop shop has all of the bells and whistles you can think of for hosting a high-end wedding celebration and event production. Sitting geographically at the intersection of the tech corridor and the artisanal craft-focused San Francisco, the Pearl has been designed to pay homage to that history. Say "I do," on the rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the bay and city as the backdrop of your outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony, guests can mix and mingle over appetizers and cocktails in alfresco cocktail hour. Tented options are also available. The spacious main floor can accommodate an indoor reception or ceremony; and can be completely transformed to reflect the theme of your wedding celebration. The space boasts a soaring 30-foot reclaimed cedar ceiling with skylight, a zinc-top bar and bespoke artwork.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.
The rental fee ranges from $8,000 to $15,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes rental of entire property for 10 hours including set up and clean up time. There is also a beverage minimum applied to all events. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.
