Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM. Venue only allows one event at a time.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for reception but there is a guest minimum applied to Friday through Sunday events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $5 per person with reception rental. A non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required. Packages range from $140 to $175 per person and are based on seasonality. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot based on a mid-season event for 100 guests.
