Whether you’re hosting a wedding for 50 or 350, you will find the perfect setting at the Mansion at Timber Point. Have your ceremony or cocktail hour on the patio, with the endless green landscape as the backdrop. After cocktail hour, move the party into the spacious ballroom. There is no rental fee for reception but there is a guest minimum applied to certain days. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to rent the venue for a wedding ceremony is $750 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $6 per person per hour++. Packages start at $69 per person++.
