At The New Gem Center, they provide an exclusive decoration service for your event, which can be fulfilled either at our own ballroom, or at any other locale of your choice. This venue features open spaces, elegant lighting, drapery and a luxurious lounge. Sip on delicious cocktails as you mix and mingle with those you love most. The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $7,900 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $350 with reception rental or $3,500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr.
