This Colonial Revival Landmark Inn is one of the historic inns of North Carolina, listed on the National Register Historic District, and is located directly across the street from the Historic Fuquay Mineral Spring Park, in Fuquay Springs. This North Carolina Bed and Breakfast boasts lavish accommodations and breathtaking gardens for your wedding. The main parlor will host an intimate group. The crafted brass chandelier, fashioned in 1927, accents the fluted Doric columns. The stairway offers a picturesque site for brides and bridesmaids. During the winter months the fireplace will add to the warmth of the formal room. The gazebo is another well-known place for wedding pictures. A beautiful Magnolia tree is located in front of the Inn and a year-round flower bed faces the gazebo, offering blooms during every season. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 8:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $750.
