Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 11:59 PM. Guests have the opportunity to stay over night, but all items must be cleared out by 10am the following day.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $5,800 to $6,800 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Outdoor space is available as an add on for a fee of $1,500. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required.
