Oliver's Carriage House was built in the early 1800s as the barn and stables for a large private estate in Howard County, Maryland.. Inside the building, you'll find the original stone walls, exposed wooden beams and grand fireplace. Outside, the tree-lined grounds, colorful gardens and landscaped brick patio add to its historic charm. In 2014, the Sacred Garden was installed, featuring a pond with waterfall, magnificent trees and colorful landscape plants, and a grand archway. It is the perfect setting for a garden wedding among the trees. Say your vows under the rustic wooden archway and drinks by the pond lined with stone. Or hold your ceremony and reception indoors with high ceilings, wooden beams, and lots of natural light flowing into the quaint, stunning space. Hang stringed lights on the beams and characteristic candle centerpieces for the most romantic ambience. It is unique. You will fall in love with it. Pricing starts at $2800.00 for reception and ceremony. The whole building is yours for 30 hours. You can have a rehearsal dinner the night before at no additional costs. Come take a look.
