The Little Red Barn of Nunica

Grand Rapids

The Little Red Barn of Nunica is a charming, vintage barn nestled gently in the bucolic farming community of Nunica, Michigan. Built in the 1920s by Farmer Charlie Gibbs, this sturdy hip-roof barn that housed dairy cows on the ground floor and feed on the main floor is now a gorgeous, quaint venue perfect for the most romantic of weddings. This authentic barn has original wooden floors and weathered barnwood walls. The cathedral-height ceilings with heavy timber beams add drama and glamour to this rustic piece of architecture. The wide barn doors on the North ramp spill gently to the outdoors and the South barn doors lead to a 2,500 square foot open air deck! The surrounding green pastures, orchard, vineyard, white fenced corral and soy/cornfields make ideal places for breathtaking wedding photos! Announcements: • The farm will be closed for barn tours from Thanksgiving, November 24, 2017 thru April 15, 2017. • For 2017, only certain Sundays are available. • For 2018, we have available dates in Spring and Summer. • For rates and info, please email us: [email protected]
