The Shenandoah Manor is the perfect outdoor wedding venue for small to medium sized weddings. It sits on 10 acres, located just outside of Lexington in Rockbridge County. The charming bed and breakfast can host all of your weekend’s events, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and even a small farewell brunch, all without ever leaving the estate. Say, "I do," beneath the gazebo nestled under giant trees overlooking a serene pond with a fountain while guests enjoy the soothing sounds of the running creek in the background. These elements together create a tranquil ambiance for your special event. Either open or covered by a classic tent, this magical setting is perfect for your outdoor ceremony. Situated between the Manor and the Guest House, the courtyard is a fantastic setting for cocktail hour. Guests can enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres and be surrounded by flowerbeds and shrubs. Situated on a hill above the Manor, The Lookout provides an idyllic space complete with the privacy required for a warm and private banquet reception. The friendly hosts will work with your vendors, provide on-site coordination the day of the wedding and add the necessary extra’s to make your day a memorable one.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $3,300 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. There is also a 2 night minimum booking of 8 rooms required for all events.
