Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $250 to $400 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $400 to $650. There is also a guest minimum of 50 applied to all events.
