The magnificent Ballroom stands as a historical landmark in a pastoral green setting and is perfect for the ultimate outdoor and indoor celebration. Built in 1932, the grand Greek revival facility boasts towering columns, large windows, and impeccably-manicured grounds. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,500 with reception rental. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee, please inquire with venue for details.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is estimated at between $21,000 and $27,500 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
