Dobbin St is a new tailored event space centrally located in Williamsburg, steps away from McCarren park. A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist and luxury feel, boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views and vaulted 22 foot ceilings. The venue combines 8,500 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. Dobbin St was designed with the sole intention to create the most exceptional and stunning event experience. Our clients have the use of a 3,500 sq ft main hall which leads to an intimate 900 sq ft hidden courtyard. Our bridal suite with a private bathroom and client suite, located on the mezzanine provides an elegant oasis to escape and observe your guests. One flight up is a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,750 to $7,800 for a ceremony and reception during the months of January, February and March. The rental fee ranges form $6,300 to $9,800 for a ceremony and reception during the months of July, August, November and December. The rental fee ranges from $6,800 to $10,300 for a ceremony and reception during the months of April, May, June, September and October. Rental fees are inclusive of 15 hours of event time for entire property. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
