Bear Creek Mountain Resort is committed to enhancing your wedding experience from start to finish. Situated on 300 acres in scenic Berks County, this resort showcases stunning mountain views beautiful any time of year. Ski down the mountain in the winter, enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds in the spring and summer or the foliage in the Autumn. Choose from three beautiful ballrooms and ceremony sites. Each ballroom also has a private outdoor patio for your guests to enjoy throughout the night. Our rustic, yet modern resort will make your guests feel warm and welcome. Stay overnight and enjoy our amenities, which include a spa, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor heated pools and jacuzzis, hiking and biking trails, paddleboats and kayaks at our pond and numerous fireplaces around the resort. Venue Notes

The ballroom rental fee is $1,800 for Saturday reception and $1000 for Friday and non-holiday Sunday. This includes 5 hours of event time plus 2 hour set up and clean up time. The wedding ceremony fee is $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $275/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to events. A security deposit of $1800 is required. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details.
