Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $900 to $6,200 for a reception and includes 14 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $400 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr.
