SPECTRE Arts Overview
SPECTRE Arts is a venue for the visual and performing arts in Durham, North Carolina. Located in the downtown Golden Belt Historic District, it is a neighbor to The Cotton Room, Golden Belt and Liberty Arts Warehouse. The historic building was once constructed as a church in 1910 and now is available to host your dream wedding. The space includes a 600 square-foot indoor gallery area that adjoins a 2,400 square-foot private, outdoor yard. You’ll be able to mix and mingle with your family and friends in the beautiful outdoors. The open, grassy areas allows for plenty of space and your guests will love the relaxed and casual atmosphere as they celebrate your love. The outdoor garden area, which is also available as a tented setting, is another option that adds excitement and beauty to your wedding. The interior space is also available and can accommodate an intimate group. Celebrate your nuptials at SPECTRE Arts for a wedding that is both inspiring and memorable.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,200 is required.Amenities And Requirements
