The addition of colorful table decorations, floral centerpieces, and other special items will help to transform this space into a romantic wedding site. You and your guests will happily dine and dance well into the evening. The rental fee is $1,200 for a reception and includes 9 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500 and includes and extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- Music must end by 11:30PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
