The Spratt Building is a special event center located on Fort Mill’s historic Main Street. Once a bank, this elegant architecture constructed in 1911 was recently renovated to enhance the amenities offered for events like your wedding. The Spratt Building provides a stimulating atmosphere for your wedding guests. Surrounded by large trees and beautiful landscaping, the building is stunning both inside and out. Exposed brick and a large porch provide an ideal backdrop to your first photos as a married couple. Spratt Building has all the amenities you’ll need for a successful event. Dine on delicious food, and sip cocktails as you mingle with your guests and dance the night away on the gorgeous hardwood floors. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $250 for a reception and includes 2 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr.
