The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $4,200 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $300 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $115/hr. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required.
