Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,400 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $350. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
