Seascape’s outdoor ceremony site is among the most beautiful in the area and is adorned by splashes of color from an array of seasonally-planted flowers. Located on the 10th tee, this delightful garden atmosphere looks out upon the redwood-framed fairways, and an optional archway, gazebo or set of white columns can be set up to create the perfect backdrop. After the ceremony, friends and family can relax under nearby umbrellas while they enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. The largest of the banquet rooms, the Monarch Room, is a sun-washed room that boasts vaulted ceilings and abundant windows that afford a full panoramic view of the golf course. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee is $1,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,200 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr.
