With several event locations throughout the huge historical facility, Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment has a rental space to fit all your wedding needs. The First Floor Connector Room is the largest indoor event venue. Perfect for large parties, the room is spacious and roomy to ensure your guests are never overcrowded. The Railroad Room is an outdoor venue that features tall ceilings and exposed brick for an elegant, yet industrial atmosphere during your celebration. The Lowe Mill Grounds is an outdoors space that adds a “backyard” feel to your wedding. The space is perfect for a festival-type atmosphere and has a stage for your live music and wedding speeches. The Third Floor Warehouse is truly representative of the original state of the building with large windows and ample natural lighting. Whichever location you choose, experience a unique wedding in a creative and inspiring atmosphere at Lower Mill Arts & Entertainment.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at noon. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $1,100 for a ceremony and/or reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $1,100 is required.
