Set up can start two hours prior to the event and 1 hour for break down. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr.
