Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum of $10,000 applied to all Saturday on peak events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a wedding with the Valleybrook Plated Dinner package. Please inquire with wedding venue coordinator for more details.
