Historic/Landmark Building


The Little Red Schoolhouse offers a unique setting for your wedding ceremony. From its distinctive 1873 architecture to the charm of its interior, it provides a memorable backdrop as you say your vows. It emphasizes a rural atmosphere and looks like a building that would come out in Anne of Green Gables. It’s large windows panes and cream colored shutters are set against a tapestry of quaint brick walls and dark roofs. The red brick bell tower at the top completes the gorgeous picture. The polished interior is simple and dainty with polished hardwood floors and stone detailing around the bottom of the walls. Outside, the sprawling green lawn is full of large trees, perfect for providing shade to your party and adding romance to the atmosphere. Hang lanterns from the many branches for a fantasy look to the scenery and use this beautiful location to host the wedding you have always dreamed of. Use this versatile space to set up tents or choose to have it all out in the open or settle inside the Little Red Schoolhouse for an intimate ceremony and reception. Whatever you choose, this unique location will elevate your wedding to new dimensions of beauty.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,150 to $2,275 for a ceremony and reception. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required, as is $1M liability insurance. Renters are responsible for setup & tear down. Some tables and chairs are included with rental, as is an A/V system (projection, screen, podium w/ microphone, DVD player), BlueTooth, WiFi, and professional kitchen for use by caterers/renters, (Details available upon request.)
