Tanganyika Wildlife Park Overview

Celebrate your nuptials with a wedding celebration that can only be summarized as a wildly different experience. Tanganyika Wildlife Park not only provides people with opportunities to observe animals and interact with endangered species, it also provides you with a Destination Wedding experience just 15 minutes from Downtown Wichita. Beautiful in every season, Tanganyika allows you to conveniently host both ceremony and reception right on site. Say "I Do," in one of seven outdoor locations to include a romantic private garden, the giraffe deck, or during a swim with penguins - they're already dressed to impress! Party all night in one of our 3 indoor reception halls or 3 outdoor reception areas. We can accommodate up to 350 indoors. Our Wildlife Park's mission is conservation and preservation through fun and education. We help fund this mission through the events we host, but we realize the "fun" in our mission statement is why couples choose us time and time again. That's why the majority of our couples opt to include animal ambassadors in their ceremonies and receptions. Come in for a viewing of our event space. You won't be disappointed and where else are you going to have a penguin as a ring bearer? Each space includes stunning views of the park bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. Venue Notes

Outdoor/Animal ceremony packages start at $700. Reception only packages start at $995. Ceremony and Reception packages start at $1795. A refundable security deposit of $350 is required.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only
