Set up time can start at 7:00AM. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee is $50/hour for a ceremony and reception and includes 1 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required.
