Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must conclude by 2:00 AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception space. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $5/person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $10/person/hr. Estimates provided by Wedding Spot are based on a 100 guest count wedding for the starting price range. The venue caters to and offers both day ( noon events) and, also evening time events.
