Description

Hartley Farms is located on 37-acres in the fertile, rolling hills of San Miguel. Just 15 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, this countryside venue invites its guests to enjoy the fresh air and cool breezes of farm life. Designed for a beautiful, rustic event, the ceremony takes place under a sprawling 200-year old Live Oak. Amphitheater style seating makes sure that everyone’s eyes are on you and your loved one as you say, “I do.” After the ceremony, take the shady, meandering path to the reception area where a large stretch of lawn, a permanent dance floor, and a bandstand await you and your guests. Have a cocktail in the shade of the Sycamores and dance all night under the stars!

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The location rental fee is $4,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Outside caterers are allowed if approved by the venue at no additional cost. The venue offers a rental package for tables, chairs, etc starting at $17.50 per person. A discount of $1,000 off the rental fee will apply using the preferred caterer, Command Performance Catering. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is required to book a wedding. Hartley Farms offers camping packages for overnight accommodations on the farm. Please inquire with the venue for more camping package pricing specifics.
